Thank you for shopping with The Black & White Factory.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship orders across India.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping is free across India for eligible orders placed through our website.
Any applicable shipping charges, if introduced in the future, will be displayed during checkout before the order is placed.
3. Made-to-Order Products
Our T-shirts are made to order.
After you place an order, the product is prepared and processed specifically for your order before being handed over to our shipping partner.
Because our products are made to order, processing and delivery may require additional time compared with ready-to-ship products.
4. Delivery Timeline
Orders are generally delivered within approximately 7 working days from order confirmation.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, unforeseen logistical issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Shipping Partner
Orders are shipped through our logistics/shipping partner, Shiprocket, using its associated courier network.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided to you through the contact details submitted with your order.
6. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information at the time of placing an order.
The Black & White Factory will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate customer information.
7. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver orders within the stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to courier operations, natural events, public holidays, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@thebnwfactory.com.
