At The Black & White Factory, our T-shirts are made to order. Therefore, we do not accept general returns or offer refunds for change of mind, preference, or ordering the wrong size.
However, we offer a limited size exchange as described below.
1. No General Returns
We do not accept returns for:

Products purchased during a sale or promotional offer
2. Size Exchange
We offer one size exchange subject to availability.
An exchange request must be submitted within 3 days from the date of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition, with all original tags/packaging intact.
3. Exchange Approval
All exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by The Black & White Factory.
An exchange will not be accepted if the product has been worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, or otherwise used.
Exchange availability is subject to stock availability.
4. Incorrect or Damaged Product
If you receive a product that is incorrect or appears to have been damaged during delivery, please contact us within 3 days from the date of delivery.

5. Sale and Promotional Products
Products purchased under sale, promotional, or special offers are not eligible for return or refund.
Size exchange, where applicable, remains subject to the conditions stated in this policy.
6. Refunds
We do not provide refunds for general returns, change of mind, or incorrect size selection.
Any exception relating to a damaged or incorrect product will be handled after verification by The Black & White Factory.
